Al Jazira Takaful implemented the  Overtreatment Detection Engine for medical claims management in  Q4 2023 year with the active involvement of the Health Claims Department and in partnership with MAINS LAB, has delivered significant improvements in claims efficiency, cost control, and TPA oversight.
Rejection Rate
Health claim rejection rate have significant positive impact reflecting stricter detection logic and closer adherence to medical guidelines. The medical claims rejection rate was 12% for year 2024 for the approved claims submitted by Third party administrator.
